SERVICES

The following options are available for clients who need lifestyle health and medical advice or coaching. Please note that consultation and coaching fees are charged differently for international clients. Feel free to contact us to discuss and receive a personalized quotation.

Coaching Programs
All our coaching programs are done by Dr Jade Erasmus (for medical oversight and all medical aspects of the coaching program), in collaboration with a personal health coach.
The following are included in all our coaching packages:
- Analysis of an online Health Assessment Form (which you complete via Google Forms, and submit directly to Dr Jade)
- A complete medical review of your health problem, medical history, as well as any blood results or medical test reports you share with Dr Jade
- Telephonic conversations and/or video calls for initial medical and lifestyle health evaluation (Dr Jade
- 30min free “Meet & Greet” session with the health coach that you would be working with, depending on the coaching program that is best suited for your situation
- 10 hours total of video call coaching time (either in 1hr sessions, or 30min sessions, depending on circumstances)
- A personalized WhatsApp group created for each client, together with Dr Jade & the collaborating health coach, where personalized support is provided during the coaching program, and where resources can be shared with each individual client in a private and discreet space
- Clients receive a digital copy of our coaching booklet, packed with information, resource links, recipes, and remedy information (booklet is shared in a printable pdf format)
- Coaching programs include additional support for detox symptoms, including bonus remedy and natural treatment resources
- All medical services required during the coaching time, incl. Test requests, test result analysis, prescription updates, sick notes, etc. are all included in the package fee.
- WhatsApp support group (personalized) remains open for 3-4 months after completion of last coaching session, allowing for clients to ask questions and reach out if more help is needed

Firstly, you can support us with your prayers - we know our ministry depends on our Heavenly Father’s leading, guiding, and providing.

  • Supporting us during times when we are working on projects that do not bring any income, such as designing and producing digital health information sheets, and producing health video content for free distribution;
  • Covering fuel and other costs for community health & outreach projects;
  • Covering costs of supplies necessary to present health demonstrations and workshops, especially in low income areas;
  • Paying for basic medical supplies (e.g. wound care items) for patients who can’t afford to pay for these services;
  • Covering homeschooling supplies and fees for Abigail (which enables us to travel to various communities/areas for health work);

Our local South African community includes individuals and families with tremendous health problems, which extends into more northern African countries, where we also offer telephonic consultations and virtual health coaching to people who have no way of paying for our service. The Health reThink team thanks you for your contributions, which can literally save someone’s life.

We respect if our donors want to remain anonymous, but we would love to let you know what your donations are used for. Since we do not spend your money to take a beach holiday, but in stead for active health work, we would like to keep you up to date with what we do.
